6 months Warranty

We provide a 6 months warranty on our video sunglasses We offer ongoing support and a 6 month warranty that covers any manufacturing-related defect. Any physical damage, abuse, or misuse is not covered under the warranty.

To initiate the warranty process you can email us at “jim@videosunglasses.org” or use our contact form; you will need to put “Warranty” in the subject.

Once the item is received we will inspect and test it to determine the issue. If we determine it is covered, we will send you a replacement. Most replacements will be brand new, where others may be refurbished; it just depends on what we have on hand at the time.

Warranties – Also, customer is responsible for return shipping cost, but we will ship the replacement back for free.
